Do you sometimes wonder why people react to you in the way they do? Or why you cannot seem to resolve conflicts well? Maybe you have conflicts more often than the average person. Or you become really upset if you feel a conflict coming up or you’d prefer to walk around the block if there is disagreement. Together with your coach you will investigate how you respond to (potential) conflicts. You’ll work with situations from your own experience. This way you’ll learn how to deal with conflicts in a different, healthier way. This reduces stress and is more convenient for all parties involved.
